Operation Analysis of Selected Intersections

The purpose of this document is to evaluate the current and future performance of critical intersections in the CAMPO area.  The analysis considers the performance of eighteen intersections using Oregon Highway Plan (OHP) and local mobility standards under five scenarios.  The scenarios include the existing 2005 base condition and four future forecast conditions.  The results of this analysis are intended to support the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) decision-making process and help to determine if further corridor level studies are warranted.
